Fulfillment & Cancelation Policy

Services will be rendered at the time they are scheduled.

Rescheduling is available if you are not able to come to your original appointment time. Rescheduling is only available if you call and notify us 24 hours or more before your appointment. If you try to reschedule within the 24 hours before your appointment, only extenuating circumstances will merit a free reschedule and is at the discretion of Villa Ceramics.

Cancellation and full refund is available up until 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you try to cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, no refund will be granted except for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Villa Ceramics.

Product Fulfillment Policy

All our products will be packaged and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. We make sure that all our products (ceramics, tools, transfers, etc.) leave the studio in perfect condition.

Upon opening your package, be sure to look for any damage that have occurred during transit. If the item arrives broken due to transit refunds are available. Please:

  • Take a picture of your item with its original post packing showing the damage

  • Email us within 24 hours of receiving your package, attach the photos and a short explanation of the problem. Include full name and best contact number.

*Refunds are not available if product size or uniformity is in question.

* We are not responsible for any damage that happens to your product once it has been taken out of the package.

Abandoned Pieces and Objects

We will inform you up to 4 times to come and claim your pieces whether it is to pick them up or glaze them. After 4 weeks or 30 days from the first text the product will become the property of Villa Ceramics LLC and will be dealt with as seems fit by Villa Ceramics LLC. This applies to abandoned lesson pieces, open studio pieces and cancelled memberships.
